SCORE INTERNATIONAL 2023

La Paz Mexico based DIRTY HABITS BAJA race team has joined forces with PARADISE Race Team for the 2023 season to run the SCORE International Desert Race Series. These two formattable teams are carefully coordinated by Andrea Tomba and NO LIMITS BAJA.

PARADISE team owned by Jose “Mayo” Flores has many years of Trophy Truck racing in Baja and is the owner of Truck # 55.  Truck # 55 is a state-of-the-art trophy truck, 800 Hp, manual valve body automatic and 40” tires. The truck is tested and proven. Mayo and James are prepared to run for championship points in 2023 SCORE series.

The combined efforts of No Limits Baja, Paradise and Dirty Habits Baja allows us to deploy more chase crew for faster response time if needed. The pairing of these two also locks in drivers and co- drivers for the 2023 Season. James will have to opportunity to drive with Pio as Navigator, and Mayo has the skilled Eduardo in the right seat. Drivers and co-drivers typically change at fuel stops or a midway point in the race. Putting a fresh crew in the truck is a proven system of maintaining race pace and reducing incidents by having better mental focus.

The SCORE Baja 1000 is special this year. The race will run from South to North starting in La Paz where the No Limits Baja race shop is located and ending in Ensenada. The 1000 will have a minimum of three drivers with Andrea Tomba taking driving responsibilities for 1/3 of this grueling race. The race is called the 1000 but actual miles can be up to 1,200 + miles depending on the routing.

The best part about racing Truck # 55 with Mayo is seeing mechanics and chase crew working together and sharing many years of combined experience for our path to podium finishes.
